Job summary

Right At School is looking for an experienced Area Manager in Fairfield, CA to oversee multiple before and after-school programs. The role entails managing operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will work closely with educators, parents, and school admins to ensure high program standards.

You will be responsible for team management, compliance with regulations, and marketing efforts to promote the programs. The position offers a full-time, hybrid work model with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a multi-unit manager.
• Direct P & L experience.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple in-school enrichment programs.
• Oversee profit & loss responsibilities for assigned programs.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific licensing requirements.
• Promote programs at school and community events.
