Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in a related field (logistics, shipping, 3PL) with leadership experience.
• Ability to evaluate data and present answers clearly.
• Strong communication and feedback skills; ability to mentor staff.
• Experience with hiring, training, motivating, and conducting evaluations.
• BA/BS degree preferred; GED/Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule a team of Handlers and Leads in the facility area.
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, and address performance/attendance.
• Lead pre-sort meetings and communicate daily goals and safety priorities.
• Oversee flow of volume from linehaul and ensure targets are met.
• Perform safety training, audits, and end-of-shift reporting.
