Job summary

Pembroke & Co., Inc. is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to lead 3-5 locations within a designated territory. The role involves a demanding 50-hour workweek, including Sundays, holidays, and weekends, to ensure consistent performance across the portfolio.

This hands-on leadership position focuses on coaching Store Managers, driving training, and implementing budgets aligned with brand standards and guest satisfaction goals.

• Provides leadership and oversight for all training initiatives within the territory.
• Assists Store Managers with hiring, disciplining, and training of crew members.
• Creates sales programs to leverage business opportunities.
• Establishes budgets and leads Store Managers to maintain labor budgets, food cost targets, guest surveys, and brand standards.
• Oversees store performance; forecast sales data and trends to best support business and staffing needs.
• Cover for Store Managers’ days off, as needed.
• Support daily operations of stores, as needed.

This person will oversee 3-5 locations in a designated territory. A normal schedule is about 50 hours/week, and this includes Sundays, holidays and weekends.

What We're Looking For

• This is a hands-on position; candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.
