Job summary

Pembroke & Co. is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to lead 3-5 quick-service restaurant locations within a designated territory. The role combines hands-on leadership with daily operations and business performance to deliver impact every day.

This is a full-time, leadership position requiring a high school diploma, QSR experience, and the ability to manage training, budgets, and store performance while upholding brand standards across the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Quick-service restaurant experience is required.
• This is a leadership role; a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality is required.
• Hands-on position requiring sitting, standing, traversing for up to 12 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for all training initiatives within the territory.
• Assists Store Managers with hiring, disciplining, and training of crew members.
• Creates sales programs to leverage business opportunities.
• Establishes budgets and leads Store Managers to maintain labor budgets, food cost targets, guest surveys, and brand standards.
• Oversees store performance; forecast sales data and trends to best support business and staffing needs.
• Cover for Store Managers’ days off, as needed.
• Support daily operations of stores, as needed.

Supporting a renowned QSR brand, the Multi-Unit Manager role blends hands‑on leadership, daily operations, and business performance – giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day. This person will oversee 3-5 locations in a designated territory. A normal schedule is about 50 hours/week, and this includes Sundays, holidays and weekends.
