Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dynamic leader to recruit, develop, and inspire a talented team of teaching staff across markets. You will champion educational excellence, ensure accreditation standards, and drive quality throughout the region.

In this role you will manage portfolios, identify growth opportunities, nurture relationships with families, schools, and licensing authorities, and support after-school programs for elementary students on school grounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and lead multiple situations effectively.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer and lift at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors as needed.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
