Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a district/area operations leader to oversee 12–14 store locations in the region. You will hire, train, and supervise Store Leaders, implement merchandising programs, and tightly control cash and inventory while driving sales growth.

You will manage profit and loss, prepare budgets, and set performance goals in collaboration with upper management, always emphasizing customer service excellence and team motivation.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or 5+ years of district or regional operations management experience in retail.
• Valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• Automotive liability insurance maintained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12–14 store locations and drive store performance.

Requirements

• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field OR 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees
• Valid driver's license from the state of residence
• Maintain automotive liability insurance during employment
• Ability to multitask and remain self-motivated
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous multi-unit management experience preferred
