Job summary

KinderCare in Massachusetts is seeking an Early Childhood Education professional to lead, mentor, and implement tailored curricula for young learners. You will create a safe, nurturing environment and partner with families to support children's growth.

You will collaborate with center staff on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals, building strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience in early childhood education and mentoring others.
  • Strong communication with families, staff and licensing bodies.
  • Ability to implement curriculum and adapt to children's needs.
  • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Requirements
  • Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meeting NAEYC candidacy requirements
  • Approved state trainer preferred
  • 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience preferred
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
  • Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children
  • Able to see and hear well enough to keep children safe and engage in physical activity with children
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
