Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a District Leader to oversee 7–12 park locations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, safety, and financial performance. You will coach General Managers, translate KPIs into actionable plans, and travel extensively to observe operations and drive improvements.

The role requires strong financial acumen, 5+ years of multi-location leadership, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities while engaging teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, or related field considered a plus.
• 5+ years managing six or more locations in customer-facing, performance-driven industries such as hospitality, fitness, retail, Food & Beverage, or entertainment.
• At least 5+ years of P&L ownership and KPI management driving operational execution and financial performance across multiple locations.
• Ability to coach leaders directly to financial results and key business metrics.
• Proven track record of developing underperforming leaders or locations and sustaining improved performance over time.
• Strong business acumen and leadership agility.
• Ability to pivot effectively as priorities evolve.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills.
• Schedule flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Approximately 70% travel availability, including travel within the market and attendance at company meetings as needed.
• Ability to remain stationary and move throughout park environments, work at a computer, communicate by phone or via Teams, and observe park operations.
