Job summary

StretchLab is seeking an Area Manager to oversee the main studio plus 2-3 additional locations. You will drive revenue, improve client experience, and ensure operational excellence across all studios.

The role requires proven multi-location leadership, strong analytics, and a passion for fitness. You will mentor General Managers, lead marketing collaboration, and uphold StretchLab values while pursuing growth opportunities.

Position: Area Manager

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the complete oversight of a main location while managing the performance and operations of 2-3 additional locations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving revenue, enhancing the client experience, and ensuring operational excellence across all studios.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of your main location and ensure the success of additional locations.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive membership growth.
• Lead and mentor General Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure team alignment and success.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all locations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment that aligns with StretchLab's core values.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to execute marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all locations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary of $60,000-$65,000.
