Job summary

You will drive reliability of general warehouse assets and production equipment such as conveyors and automation, and coordinate with operations to meet service goals.

This role requires strong data-driven leadership, cross-functional collaboration with operations and support teams, and the ability to manage multiple priorities including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading a maintenance/operations team in a warehouse or factory.
• Experience with conveyors and powered industrial trucks.
• Experience using information systems and data to measure and improve KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance technicians responsible for reliability of warehouse assets and equipment.
• Lead preventative and reactive repairs and handle high-severity downtime events.
• Audit quality of work and documentation; identify improvement areas.
• Lead continuous improvement projects targeting KPIs like uptime and MTTR.
• Use data to measure and lead team performance.
• Coordinate with Chewy Operations and Support, and manage third-party vendors.
