Chewy is looking for an Area Maintenance Manager at our Reno, NV. Fulfillment Center. In this role you will be a critical member of the Maintenance Leadership Team that takes charge of maintaining and improving the reliability of general warehouse assets and production equipment such as conveyor systems, industrial automation systems, inventory storage solutions, and powered industrial trucks. We are seeking an individual that can directly captain a team of technicians, partner closely with Chewy Operations and other customer teams, and leverage third‑party vendors for unique maintenance work.
The base salary range for this role is $83,000 - $132,500.00.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401(k), a new‑hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for an annual bonus.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
