Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience meeting and exceeding quotas in a commission-driven environment.
• Motivated by performance-based incentives and big rewards.
• Direct experience closing deals with customers, not just answering questions.
• Availability on weekends to capture peak leasing traffic.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude in every interaction.
• Experience in high-touch, customer-facing industries such as real estate, auto, timeshare, financial services, SaaS, or healthcare sales.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Windsor Communities and the local market to engage and convert prospects.
• Conduct personalized tours and use persuasive selling techniques to secure leases.
• Follow up with leads and build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple properties (1–4 communities) to maximize leasing success.
• Help implement marketing strategies and social media outreach to boost occupancy.
