Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or 5+ years of experience managing district/ regional operations for retail / large stores.
• Experience in merchandising, budget planning, and controlling expenses.
• Ability to train and supervise multiple Store Leaders and drive customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-14 store locations and supervise Store Leaders.
• Train staff and implement merchandising programs while controlling cash and inventory.
• Manage profit and loss including budgeting and expense control; set performance goals with upper management.
