Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability in a high-performance culture.
• Minimum five years supervisory experience in electrical or mechanical industry.
• Strong math, planning and scheduling skills.
• Working knowledge of budgeting and cost issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical, electrical, and transmission/distribution field supervisors and resources to complete projects safely and on time.
• Lead region-wide initiatives to improve results and ensure safe work practices.
• Oversee budget of capital and O&M (over $50 million) and ensure alignment with schedule and safety goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to secure resources and schedules for operations.
• Provide guidance and direction; manage labor agreements and resolve disputes as needed.
