84 Lumber Company is hiring a Field Operations Manager in Florida. It is a full-time entry-level role on the management career path with hands-on experience in store operations and an initial training period before nationwide travel.

You will complete a learning plan to prepare for leadership, with promotion opportunities to General Manager in 3–4 years based on performance. Willingness to relocate for management positions is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED-equivalent.
• Availability for full-time schedule (48+ hours/week).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Support product handling and retail sales operations.
• Assist with freight handling, forklift operation and certification.
• Manage merchandising, inventory control, and reduction initiatives.
• Create material estimates from blueprints.
• Assist with special projects to address staffing and operational needs.
