Chick-fil-A Greenville (MS) is seeking an Area Team Lead to support both kitchen and front-of-house teams. You will own business results in Drive Thru, Front Counter, Hospitality, Training and/or Kitchen Ops, while maintaining a positive attitude and coaching teammates.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
• Go above and beyond for Fellow Team Members and Guests; provide Second Mille Service
• Ensure all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A food and services
• Be punctual, responsible, dependable, courteous, coachable, and mature
• Maintain strict adherence to to Food Safety procedures
• Maintain strict adherence to Food Quality procedures
• Have strong communication/verbal skills
• Able to work well independently and in a team environment
• Have an eye for detail orientated and prepare all products to Chick-fil-A Standards
• Be able and willing to multi-task and work multiple positions in the restaurant when needed
• Be able to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
• Able to lift 40 - 60 pounds on a consistent basis
