Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking an Area Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple offices. You will oversee teams, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with union contracts while driving recruitment and licensing initiatives in the region.

The role requires strong leadership, ethical integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills to partner with the Area Vice President and deliver strategic HR support across a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• BA in Human Resources preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a multi-office leadership position.
• Heavy recruiting experience.
• Experience with hourly employee relations.
• Experience with union employees, contracts, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams within the assigned areas.
• Oversee employee relations across offices.
• Understand and interpret union contracts for the region.
• Coordinate recruitment needs for all offices in the area.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements.
• Partner with Area Vice President to align HR initiatives.

Requirements

• A BA in Human Resources, preferred
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a multi-office leadership position
• Heavy recruiting experience
• Experienced in hourly employee relations
• Experience with union employees, contracts, and negotiations
• Highly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity
• Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities
• Conscientious and demonstrated initiative
• Excellent interpersonal skills
