Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an Area Food & Beverage Director for the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown. You will lead F&B strategy and operations across a portfolio of hotels, partnering with property leaders to drive financial performance and guest experience, with travel among assigned hotels.

Responsibilities include budgeting, menu development, service excellence, team coaching, and ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience in hospitality or related field (degree preferred).
• Multi-property, area, task force, or portfolio-level F&B experience preferred.
• Extensive management experience across restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations.
• Certifications include Food Handler, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid as applicable.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, labor management, financial analysis, food safety, and industry trends.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Leadership: provide strategic direction and operational support for F&B across assigned hotels.
• Culinary & Service Excellence: oversee quality and delivery of F&B offerings across venues.
• Financial Performance: guide budgeting, forecasting, pricing, labor, costs, and revenue strategies.
• Menu & Concept Development: partner with hotel leaders to develop menus and service concepts.
• Operational Standards: ensure food safety, sanitation, and brand requirements; identify efficiency opportunities.
• Leadership & Team Development: coach and develop hotel F&B leaders; recruit and retain talent.
• Collaboration & Communication: build relationships with hotel leadership, owners, and vendors; communicate performance and priorities.
• Portfolio Support & Travel: travel among hotels to assess operations and provide hands-on support.
