Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Branch Operation Supervisor to assist the Branch Operation Manager in daily driver routing and service delivery. You will ensure DOT compliance for time worked and regulatory adherence while supporting technicians to meet customer needs and maintain a high standard of service.

You will collaborate with the BOM to manage fleet maintenance, monitor expenses, and stay within budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Transportation industry experience.
• Auto maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily driver route assignments with BOM.
• Ensure DOT time and regulatory compliance for service technicians.
• Monitor budgeted expenses and revenue goals for the branch.
• Conduct route observations and vehicle inspections monthly.
• Train and develop employees; lead in emergencies.
• Maintain professional appearance of vehicles and personnel.
• Coordinate with Fleet maintenance and other vendors for service quality.
• Ensure safety procedures and equipment usage across teams.
