Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience required.
• Working knowledge of direct hire construction.
• Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct craft activities for project success.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontract work activities and workforce requirements.
