Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Field Electrical Superintendent to lead a project team on a major energy infrastructure effort. You may start in Reston, VA or Cheyenne, WY, coordinating preconstruction and mobilization while aligning with safety, schedule and budget goals.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and 8–10 years (or 12–14 years) of relevant experience, deep knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70E/IEEE, LOTO management, and proven subcontractor oversight to deliver complex field

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of a single or multi-discipline construction or engineering operation.
• Ability to implement and manage a lock-out tag-out (LOTO) plan.
• Knowledge of Standard Work Process Procedures (SWPPs) and applicable codes (NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE).

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs craft activities and coordinates work across teams.
• Determines workforce requirements and coordinates area plans.
• Monitors tool usage and ensures crafts have needed equipment.
• Enforces safety, design integrity, and compliance with budgets and schedules.
• Interprets engineering/design documents with engineers and foremen.
