Job summary

Cedar Point in Ohio seeks a Manager - Food and Beverage to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all F&B operations within their park area. The role drives service quality, cost controls and guest satisfaction across multiple locations.

The incumbent will set training guidelines, manage budgeting, staffing, inventory and safety compliance while collaborating with other departments to support park-wide initiatives and product strategy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 2-4 years of food and beverage management experience; 4 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead all food and beverage operations within area of responsibility with focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Drive financial performance by meeting revenue and cost targets and maintain alignment with budget.
• Lead labor planning and scheduling across F&B locations, ensuring proper staffing and productivity.
• Oversee financial controls, including sales accuracy and labor cost management.
• Provide leadership and development for F&B managers and supervisors.
• Ensure facilities, equipment and locations are well maintained and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with Director of F&B and Executive Chef on menus and product strategy.
