You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with in‑office presence, and drive client outcomes and business performance. You’ll manage office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations while building high‑performing teams and leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 assigned offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact using insights to reinforce strengths.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals by setting expectations and coaching.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors, performance outcomes, and feedback.
