Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Ability to travel frequently among offices and maintain in-person presence across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-6 retail offices to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
• Lead and develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals across offices.
• Coach teams to anticipate client needs and provide expert guidance.
• Set expectations, reinforce accountability, and drive consistent performance.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational results across the assigned offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and implement actions to improve business results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, staffing, compliance, and SOP adherence.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand with staffing, facilities, and readiness planning.
