H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices. You will ensure a consistent consultative client experience, drive revenue and operational performance, and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals across locations.

You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, staffing, facilities, and compliance to prepare offices for seasonal demand and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications
