Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance.

As a visible, hands-on leader, you’ll balance strategic oversight with in-office presence, set expectations, and drive revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven leadership to coach, develop and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools and behaviors.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations.
