Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices and ensure a superior, consultative client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive performance and revenue growth.

This hands-on leader will balance strategic oversight with in-office presence, manage staffing and facilities, monitor metrics, and guide teams through change to deliver consistent client outcomes across all offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Ability to drive business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 assigned offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Set clear expectations, reinforce accountability, and drive performance.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength for high potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, labor management, and compliance across offices.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and ensure facilities readiness.
