H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across all locations. You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance in every office.

Manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations across offices.
Monitor performance metrics and drive revenue and business results.
Ensure staffing, scheduling, and labor management across locations.
