Job summary

H&R Block seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 offices and deliver a premium client experience across all locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, and ensure operating excellence to drive business results.

You will own staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day execution while identifying improvements and coaching teams to excel in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven experience leading multi-unit retail or service operations.
• Strong client-centric approach with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Willingness to travel frequently across offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4-6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to improve performance.
• Own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor metrics, drive revenue growth, and optimize operations across locations.
• Set clear expectations, reinforce accountability, and develop bench strength.
