H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience and strong operational execution. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and drive business results with in-office leadership and strategic oversight.

The role requires coaching, performance management, and travel between offices to maintain presence and ensure readiness across locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Own consultative client experience delivery across 4-6 offices with discipline and consistency.
