H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi‑Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to manage 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience. You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coach teams, and drive business results across all offices.

You will balance strategic oversight with in‑office presence, set expectations, and guide performance while optimizing staffing, facilities, and daily operations across locations. Travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a multi‑unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
• Experience managing day‑to‑day operations across multiple locations, including labor management.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices, ensuring standards are followed.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and close gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with client‑centric leadership in the office.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, setting clear expectations and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and real‑time feedback to improve team execution.
• Identify patterns across offices, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational results across assigned offices.
• Monitor performance metrics, trends, and take actions to improve business results and client retention.
