Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and deliver a consistent, high‑quality client experience across locations. You will lead and develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and provide expert guidance with confidence.

You’ll balance strategic oversight with in‑office presence, align staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations to drive revenue and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit retail/service/ops.
• Strong client‑centric mindset and consultative experience.
• Ability to manage day‑to‑day ops across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching to strengthen team execution.
