Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices across the region.

You’ll set expectations for consultative service, drive operational excellence, and align teams to deliver a consistently high-quality client experience. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, manage staffing and facilities, monitor results, and travel between offices to maintain in-person presence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-unit teams with accountability for performance.
• Proven ability to drive client-focused service across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with consistent standards.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to drive improvements.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Oversee office readiness: staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations.
• Monitor metrics and drive revenue, growth, and client acquisition/retention.
