You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set clear expectations, monitor performance, and own office readiness, staffing, and daily operations to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading teams in multi-unit environments.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience managing operations across multiple locations including staffing, facilities, and compliance.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
