You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive performance, staffing, compliance, and readiness across locations, while traveling as needed to stay connected with teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset delivering consultative experience.
• Strong leadership capable of coaching and holding teams accountable.
• Experience driving business/financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Ability to travel frequently in-day between offices.
