Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring an consistently excellent client experience and strong operational standards across all locations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-unit teams in retail/service environments.
• Client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business results across multiple locations with operations oversight.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and prioritize across locations.
• Experience managing facilities, staffing, or compliance.

• Willingness to travel frequently and work varied hours.
