H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to manage a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience and ensuring offices are ready to serve clients with excellence.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, monitor performance, and drive revenue, growth, and operational results across locations while staying hands-on in daily office readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail/service/operations environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4–6 offices with consistent, high-quality client experience across all locations.
• Coach and develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals; set expectations and accountability.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and drive operational results and client acquisition/retention.
• Oversee staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations across offices.
