Job summary

H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on presence, and ensure office readiness through staffing, facilities, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams in a multi-unit environment with accountability for outcomes.
• Ability to coach and hold teams accountable while delivering consultative client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices, ensuring consistency.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to improve the experience.
• Lead through change and drive adoption of new processes and tools in offices.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals toward consistent performance.
• Manage office readiness: staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day ops.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and take actions to improve results and retention.
• Ensure scheduling, labor management, and SOP adherence across offices.
• Build bench strength and high-potential talent; travel between offices as needed.
