You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to meet service goals while ensuring readiness, compliance, and strong business results. You will balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, travel between offices, and on‑site presence to foster a consultative client approach and consistent performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi‑unit environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations, including labor management.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead professionals by setting expectations and coaching to performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness including facilities and recruitment for seasonal demand.
