Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to drive client outcomes and business results.

You’ll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, building high-performing teams and sustaining strong performance across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven leadership to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead staff by setting expectations and coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and outcomes to strengthen teams.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements for client acquisition/retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing and compliance.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and readiness.
