H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a high-quality client experience across locations.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with in-office leadership, and drive performance and client outcomes with disciplined execution. Responsibilities include staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations, plus leading teams to maintain readiness, consistency, and growth across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi-unit environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Strong leadership capability with coaching and accountability.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations, including labor management.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead teams by setting expectations and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and feedback to strengthen execution.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing and compliance.
