You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance in every office. You'll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations while driving revenue and business results across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven experience leading teams in multi-unit environments.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative service background.
• Ability to drive business results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a consistent client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide real-time feedback to strengthen team performance.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and build bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and improve client acquisition/retention.
• Oversee daily operations: staffing, scheduling, compliance, SOPs.
