You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and team performance while balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership.

You’ll develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coach teams to anticipate client needs, and own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of multi-unit team leadership in retail, service, or operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with a consultative approach.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience managing operations across multiple locations, including labor management.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead staff by setting expectations and coaching to performance.
• Own office readiness including staffing, facilities, and compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive revenue and growth.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including scheduling and safety.
• Travel frequently between offices to maintain in-person presence.
