H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, driving a consistent, high-quality consultative client experience. You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance with an in-office presence.

You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations while driving revenue and performance across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail/service/ops environment
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience
• Able to drive business results and manage day-to-day operations across locations

Responsabilités

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact to drive improvements
• Adopt new client experience processes, tools and behaviors
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior and performance outcomes
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results
• Ensure daily operations compliance, staffing, scheduling, and SOPs
• Own office readiness including facilities, equipment, and onboarding for seasonal demand
