Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader to supervise 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high‑quality client experience across locations.

You will lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, setting expectations, improving execution, and guiding the team to strong client outcomes. You’ll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations while driving revenue, growth, and performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit retail, service, or operations.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to drive business and financial results across locations.
• Experience with facilities, staffing, or compliance management.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client‑experience processes and tools.
