Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/operations.

• Proven ability to coach and develop teams; accountability for outcomes.
• Capable of driving business results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices to deliver high-quality client experiences.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for excellence.
• Own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive revenue, growth, and outcomes.
• Align priorities, execute processes, and maintain consistent service delivery.
• Travel frequently to maintain in-person presence across offices.
• Engage cross-location teams to address performance gaps and bench strength.
