Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth plan for the Market and branch strategy.
• Lead organic growth and manage sales targets year over year.
• Coach Producers, align mentors, and optimize use of Gallagher resources.
• Review pricing and approvals to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Foster engagement and development through training and collaboration.
