Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, an extension of Gallagher, seeks an Area Executive Vice President to oversee growth and strategic direction for the Fort Lauderdale region. You will lead revenue expansion, talent development, and long-term market success.

You will champion The Gallagher Way, align Producer teams with the market plan, and drive organic growth, partnerships, and client value across the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years’ leadership experience in insurance or brokerage.
• Proven track record of growth and strategic leadership in a brokerage/benefits environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth plan for the Market aligned with the branch strategy.
• Lead organic growth and manage annual & 3-year revenue plans.
• Coach and optimize the Producer team to meet growth and profitability targets.
• Communicate Gallagher’s value proposition and build external partnerships.
• Manage pricing, deals, and approvals to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Foster engagement, training, and development across the market.
• Oversee talent recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
