The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in multifamily property management and strong knowledge of HUD and LIHTC regulations. A full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $145,000 to $150,000.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in multifamily property management, including affordable housing.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing affordable or regulated housing communities.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance across multiple properties.
• Monitor occupancy rates, collections, and resident satisfaction.
• Coach Community Managers and support hiring and development.

Skills

Education
