Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Area Director to oversee multiple residential programs, lead teams, and ensure delivery of person-centered care. The role blends leadership, compliance, and advocacy with a focus on operational excellence and staff development.

Responsibilities include supervising Resident Directors, guiding performance appraisals, and ensuring regulatory compliance across homes. On-call responsibilities and coordination of clinical supports are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of related experience.
• Supervisory experience in a human services setting.
• Valid driver’s license: class C or D.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of the Assistant Vice President, supervise Resident Directors and oversee staff development and performance appraisals.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations for assigned homes, including reports, records, maintenance, and budgets.
• Ensure DDS regulations compliance and two-year certification readiness for the homes.
